Description
Scanner area failure detection
If an error in any of the Scanner Motor, Laser Driver, or BD detection in the scanner area is detected, an error code is notified.
Scanner Motor startup failure detection
If the scanner does not start although a specified period of time has elapsed after the Scanner Motor is driven, an error code
is notified.
Error Code
E100: Scanner area failure
• E100-0000: Yellow scanner area failure
• E100-0001: Magenta scanner area failure
• E100-0002: Cyan scanner area failure
• E100-0003: Black scanner area failure
E110: Scanner Motor startup failure
• E110-0000: Primary Pseudo BD correction failure
