To replace the component, reverse the removal procedure.

Heatsink

To remove the component:
Power down the server (on page 26).

Do one of the following:

Unlock and remove the bezel

Extend the server from the rack (on page 26).
•
Remove the access panel
3.
Disconnect the heatsink fan cable from the system board
4.
Open the heatsink locking levers.
5.
Remove the heatsink.
