7.4.8 Pulse width measurement operation

The TM01 register can be used to measure the pulse width of the signal input to the TI010 and TI011 pins.
Measurement can be accomplished by operating the 16-bit timer/event counter 01 in the free-running timer mode
or by restarting the timer in synchronization with the signal input to the TI010 pin.
When an interrupt is generated, read the value of the valid capture register and measure the pulse width. Check
the TMC01.OVF01 flag. If it is set (to 1), clear it to 0 by software.
