REGISTERING FROM AN
EXTERNAL DEVICE

LOADING POIs AND ROUTES VIA A
USB MEMORY
"vCards" formatted data can be trans-
ferred from a USB memory to this sys-
tem. Transferred POIs and routes will
be stored in the "Stored" list on the "My
destinations" screen. (→P.200)

Open the cover of the auxiliary box and
then open the cover of the USB/AUX
port.

Connect a USB memory.

Display the "Navigation" menu screen
and select "Enter

Select the "Advanced" tab.

Select "Load POIs and routes from
USB".

Downloading may not complete cor-
rectly in the following cases:
• Vehicles without a smart entry & start
system: If the engine switch is turned
to the "LOCK" position during down-
loading.
• Vehicles with a smart entry & start sys-
tem: If the engine switch is turned off
during downloading.
• If the USB memory is removed before
downloading is complete
If the maximum number of possible
stored contacts has been reached, a
confirmation screen appears.
Delete contact(s) to make room for new
contact(s). (→P.83)
