Configuring cross-subnet portal authentication

Network requirements
Configure Switch A to perform cross-subnet portal authentication for users on the host. Before passing
portal authentication, a user can access only the portal server. After passing portal authentication, the
user can access Internet resources.
Use a RADIUS server serves as the authentication/accounting server.
