7. Gently pivot the plastic retaining clip
module into the bracket at the same time.
Note: Ensure that the cable of the super capacitor module is oriented as shown.

8. Install the holder with the new super capacitor module into a PCI Express card slot. See "PCI card" on
page 149.
Note: It is recommended that you use the PCI Express card slot with the fewest lanes.
9. Connect the super capacitor module cable to the super capacitor module connector on the RAID
card as shown.

10. Reinstall the direct cooling air baffle if you have removed it. See "Direct cooling air baffle" on page 101.
