Change the keyboard type
You can change the keyboard type. Open the notifications
panel and select Select input method
(Android keyboard, Samsung keyboard, or Swype).
You can also enter text with your voice. Select Google voice
typing, and then select a language to use for the voice input
feature.

Enter text using the Android keyboard
Enter text by selecting alphanumeric keys and you can use
the following keys:

Change case.
Switch between Symbol/Number mode and
ABC mode.
Activate the voice input feature; Change the
input language (tap and hold); Access the
keypad settings (tap and hold).
Clear your input.
Start a new line.
Insert a full stop; Open the symbol panel (tap
and hold).
Insert a space; Change the keyboard type (tap
and hold).
