Received EMCY messages are registered in the buffer memory and event history. Check the event history to confirm received

 When an EMCY message is received, 'EMCY message available' (X11) turns on.
(The EMCY message is stored inside the module but not stored in the buffer memory.)
 'Data exchange request' (Y01) is turned on.
 'EMCY message buffer' (Un\G750 to Un\G859) is updated to the latest state.
 When data exchange is completed, 'Data exchange completed' (X01) is turned on.
 'Data exchange request' (Y01) is turned off.
 The EMCY message is read from EMCY message buffer.
