Troubleshooting LAN Communication

Power failure reported on the Agilent ChemStation

If your Agilent ChemStation can not connect to the spectrophotometer using
LAN communication, please perform the following troubleshooting steps.
Verify that basic communication is possible
Use the ping command, to verify that the IP address is operational.
1 Click the Search or Cortana icon in the Windows 10 taskbar or Windows 7
2 Type ping <IP-number> and press Enter to verify communication of the
