Set the time or distance.
Use C/D to set, and then press A.
Hold down C/D to speed through the numbers.

Select OK.
Use C/D to select, and then press A.
The goal measurement screen is displayed.
Measuring

Start measuring.
Press C.
Measure

When the set time or distance is
reached, the "Finish" screen is
displayed.
The time, distance, and calories burnt are
displayed.
Note:
An alarm notifies you when you reach 50% and
90% of the set time or distance.
C
Stop measuring.
Press C while measuring.
D
Reset the measurement results.
Hold down D while measuring is stopped.
When you reset the display, it returns to the
status before measuring started allowing you to
start the next measurement.
Data measured up to that point is stored in the
device's memory, and you can check it by
pressing D on the time screen.
