External jacks

Two jacks are provided at the back of the
keyboard for connecting a variety of
optional accessories. There is also a
headphone jack at the front.
A. External power source jack
(DC 9-12V IN)
• AC power
Connect the optional AC Power
Adaptor PA-4/PA-40 or PA-1 to the
DC 9-12V IN jack.
• Car battery
The Car Battery Adaptor CA-1 plugs
into the DC 9-12V IN jack and a
cigarette lighter socket.
B. Aux Out/Expression Pedal jack
• You can channel sound through a
stereo system using this jack. Use the
optional connecting cord PC-2. Also
you can connect directly with a
cassette deck for recording.
• This jack is also for connecting the
Expression Pedal EP-1, which lets you
control the overall volume level using
your foot.

•Output level: —27±2dBm (7 notes
sounding simultaneously
at maximum volume with
Jazz Organ voice)
C. Headphone Jack
Connect a set of headphones to this
jack and you can practice without
disturbing others.
