POSSIBLE CAUSE OR SOLUTION
• SIMULATION set to ON
- Go to Additional Setup screen, set SIMULATION to OFF
• Trial lens holder in up position for peripheral portion of test
- test peripheral field without a trial lens and put holder down (3)
• Refer to "How to Handle Hard Disk Failures" for step-by-step instructions (9)
•Test results not saved with patient information
- use CLEANUP HARD DISK DATABASE feature to remove (9)
• Disk may not be properly formatted (8)
- Use INITIALIZE DISK feature (all previous data will be erased)
• Disk may be the wrong format (8)
- Make sure you use only High Density (HD) 1.44 MB floppy disks
- Do not use Super High Density (2.88 MB) disks
• Disk may be damaged or corrupted (9)
- Use REBUILD FLOPPY DATABASE feature (9)
• Magneto-optical disk may not be properly formatted (8)
- Use INITIALIZE DISK feature (all previous data will be erased)
