5. You may not sublicense, rent or lease the Software, but You may permanently transfer this
License by delivering the original HFA II, media, written materials and materials comprising the
Software package, including the Certificate of License, to a third party who accepts the terms
and conditions of this Agreement. Upon transfer, You will simultaneously destroy all copies of
the Software and accompanying materials in your possession. The new recipient of the
Software and accompanying HFA II accepts this Agreement and is licensed under the terms of
this Agreement upon initially using the Software.
6. Carl Zeiss Meditec Inc. warrants the operation of the Software only with the operating
system for which it was designed. Use of the Software with an operating system other than that
for which it was designed will not be supported by Carl Zeiss Meditec Inc.
You acknowledge that you have read all the provisions in this Appendix B, including this
License and Limited Warranty, understand them, and agree to be bound by their terms and
conditions.
