54 5 0lA has two methods used for instrument reset.
The
HP
Key-down power up is a hard reset of the oscilloscope. It is done by
pressing and holding any front panel key while cycling power. If no
input signals are present, the oscilloscope will power-up displaying a

no signal is present) and the SHOW screen and set with
baseline
all default settings (see Table

RECALL CLEAR performs a soft reset of the oscilloscope. All
