    Installation - Assembly Procedures Assembly Procedures This sunbed arrives with a ballast tray stop bar installed to limit tray movement (see right). To remove, lift the bar, shift it to the left or right and then pull it from the bed. After the bed is assembled, reinstall the bar to keep the tray from damaging the access panel if the bed is moved.
