In the global configuration mdoe, use this command to configure the maximun
number of SEM history information to be saved. The no form of this command
is used to restore it to the default value.

By default, the SEM global variable is not defined.
Global configuration mode
A variable is a string with its meaning depending on the
specific scenario.
Global variables can be used in all policies. The system and
users can define local variables with the same name. Global
variables become invalid when being invoked by policies,
while local variables take effect.
Example 1: Define a global variable with the name as
variable_name and value as variable_value.
