    Cleaning the disc lens ● After prolonged use, dirt or dust may accumulate at the disc lens. To ensure good playback quality, clean the disc lens with Philips CD Lens Cleaner or any commercially available cleaner. Follow the instructions supplied with cleaner.

    Using AC power Make sure all connections have been made before switching on the power supply. Connect the power cable supplied to AC ~ and to the wall socket. This switches on the power supply. When the system is switched to standby, it is still consuming some power.
