Setup

Before using your monitor, check that the following items are
included in your carton:

Setup 1: Open the stand

Note
The stand is folded at the factory. Be sure not to place the display
vertically with the stand as it is. Otherwise, the display may topple over.
Setup 2:Connect the video signal
cables
• Turn off the monitor and computer before connecting
them.
Notes
• Do not touch the pins of the video signal cable connector as this
might bend the pins.
• Check the alignment of the connector to avoid bending the pins of
the video signal cable connector.
Remove the back cover
Note
The stand remains attached even when you remove the back cover.
Connect between the monitor and the video
signal cable connector
Connect a computer equipped with a DVI output
connector (digital RGB)
Using the supplied DVI-D video signal cable (digital RGB), connect the
computer to the monitor's DVI-D input connector (digital RGB).
