1. Remove the front panel: Firmly grip the panel and slide it up until the 4
panel hooks clear the slot openings.
2. Insert a 3.5" sata hard drive into an available drive bay.
3. Re-attach the front panel. align the 4 panel hooks with the
corresponding slots in the chassis and slide the front panel down until
it is firmly seated.
4. connect an ethernet cable to lan 1 ethernet port. this cable should
connect the sharecenter to your local network via a
router or switch, or directly to a computer for configuration.
connect the power adapter to the power socket.
5. Remove the sharecenter cd from the package and insert it into your
computer.
Important: ensure that your Internet connection is active. do not
connect any usB storage devices yet.
6. click the gray start button on the welcome screen to begin the setup
Wizard. Follow the instructions on the screen.
Default IP: determined by dHcp
Default Username: admin
Default Password: (leave this blank)
