5.2 Testing method
Select "3. NHB32-C AES SHEET" on the start-up screen of the TEST PROGRAM, and testing of following test items is executed
automatically.
1 DIO : AES/EBU test
2 COM : COM LOOP BACK test
6. Testing of PN circuit board
6.1 Connection

Using the USB cable, connect CN308 of the MAIN circuit board and the USB terminal of PC.
Using the serial cable (cross), connect CN504 of the AES-AES 1 circuit board and the serial terminal of PC.
Set SW201 of the MAIN circuit board to "0".
Connect the BNC cable to JK306 of the PN-JACK circuit board. (WORD CLOCK IN-OUT)
Connect the MIDI cable to JK303 of the PN-JACK circuit board. (MIDI IN-OUT)
Connect the "reflected jig B" to CN301, CN401 of the AES-AES1 circuit board and CN701, CN801 of the AES-AES2
circuit board. (AES/EBU [1~4])
Connect the "reflected jig A" to CN901 of the AES-AES2 circuit board. (COM)
6.2 Testing method
Select "4. NHB32-C PN SHEET" on the start-up screen of the TEST PROGRAM, and testing of following test items is
executed.
To start the following testing, press the "ENTER" key of the keyboard.
1 SWI : SWITCH input test
Press the switches of the PN-LED circuit board in the order of SW201 → SW202 → SW203 → SW204 according to the
instruction on the screen.
2 LED : LED lighting test

1. Check that LED's on the PN-LED circuit board light up in the following order.
LD216 → LD224 → LD201 → LD202 → LD203 → LD214 → LD204 → LD205 → LD206 → LD217 → LD215 →
LD218 → LD223 → LD213 → LD212 → LD211 → LD220 → LD209 → LD208 → LD207 → LD226 → LD221
2. Check that LD210 (7 seg. LED's) of the PN-LED circuit board light one by one in the order of "0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, .".
.
3. Check that all LED's light up at the end.
