Step Checks
1 Are the front and rear
stitchers and bases installed
correctly?
2 Is the stitching home position
switch of the front and the
rear stitchers normal?
3 Do the front and the rear
stitchers operate at a specific
timing?
Step Checks
1 Check the paper pushing plate
home position sensor. Is the
sensor normal?
2 Check the paper pushing plate
top position sensor. Is the
sensor normal?
3 Does the paper pushing plate
motor operate at a specific
timing?
4 Replace the paper pushing
plate motor. Is the problem
corrected?
Yes/No Action
No Install them correctly.
No Replace the front or
rear stitcher.
Yes Check the wiring
between the stitcher
and the saddle stitcher
controller PCB. If
normal, replace the
controller PCB.
No Replace the front or
the rear stitcher.
Yes/No Action
No Replace the sensor.
No Replace the sensor.
Yes Replace the saddle
stitcher controller PCB
No Check the paper
pushing plate drive
mechanisms. If a fault
is found, correct it.
Otherwise, go to step
3.
