Purpose

Explanations/operating instructions
If this check box is selected, the string stored in the
"Message" parameter is sent as a "Long TAG" for HART
devices with a HART revision prior to V6.
If the check box is selected, the dialog for device type
selection appears immediately when you insert a device in
HW Config if the device cannot be assigned explicitly to a
device type.
If the check box is cleared, this dialog does not appear until
the device is opened for the first time.
