Page 6: Setting Up Your System
• Position each 705P and 708P speaker in a vertical orientation with the high frequency transducer on the top. • Ideally the speakers should be placed on suitable speaker stands, rather than on the work surface. This will reduce resonance caused by mechanical interaction of the speaker with the work surface. -

The desired setting is selected using the rear panel controls. See Section 5 for details. DIGITAL AUDIO SIGNAL CONNECTIONS 705P and 708P speakers include an XLR female connector that accepts digital signals in two-channel AES3 format. Adjacent to this connector, an XLR male digital “Pass-Through” connector is provided allowing the identical digital signal to be connected to other speakers in the system. -
