Judgment Method
Cause of problem
1. Inspection Method
Is Water Out temperature more than 3 ?
No
- Check the EVA In/Out temperature sensor.
- Check the Hydro inlet water temperature.
Water outlet temperature dose not change more than 3 .
EVA In/Out maintains the temperature below zero.
Indoor temperature of Hydro heat exchanger is low.(flow/temperature is low)
Check the circulation water flow.
Does circulation water flow maintain
at least the recommended flow?
Yes
Check the Hydro outlet temperature
of circulation water.
Check the EVA In/Out temperature.
Yes
Is EVA In/Out temperature
maintain below zero?
- Check the control status of EEV.
No
Check the piping system of circulation
water. (Pump, Strainer, Valves)
No
- Check the defect of hydro outlet temperature sensor.
- Make sure the Hydro inlet water temperature is lowered.
