S Resolution:
n: fine resolution, no. of bits for internal multiplication
The fine resolution is specified via p0418.
S Used to transmit the cyclic actual position value to the master.
S The transmitted value is a relative, free-running actual value.
S Any overflows must be evaluated by the master controller.
