System Management tab
This screen contains controls that enable administrators to enter contact information and configure
redundancy for the iPDU. Contact information entered on this screen appears on the Identification screen
("Identification
On the System Management tab:
Enter the system information:

Enter the name of the iPDU in the System Name field. This name appears throughout the interface

application and is used in SNMP traps. Use a unique name for each iPDU.
Enter the name of the contact person in the Contact Name field.
b.
Enter the email address of the contact person in the Contact Email field.
c.
Enter the phone number of the contact person in the Contact Phone field.
d.
Enter the location of the contact person in the Contact Location field.

Configure redundancy:

Enable redundant PDU communication. Redundancy must be enabled on each iPDU.
a.
Enter the IPv4 address of the redundant iPDU.
b.
Select the power feed. Each iPDU must be on a different power feed for redundancy. If this iPDU

is on Power Feed A, the redundant iPDU must be on Power Feed B.
Select the installation location of the iPDU (0U or 1U).

Do one of the following:

Click Save Settings to save the information.

Click Undo Changes to undo the changes.

Click Help to view online help.

After redundancy is configured, a hyperlink to the redundant iPDU appears. Click the hyperlink to view
the web interface for the redundant iPDU.
