Step 3. Reinstall the cover (see "Installing the compute node cover" on page 115).
Step 4. Slide the compute node into the rack.
Step 5. Reconnect the power cords and any cables that you removed.
Step 6. Turn on the peripheral devices and the compute node.

Removing the front handle

Use this information to remove the front handle.
Before you remove the front handle, complete the following steps:
1. Read "Safety" on page v and "Installation guidelines" on page 101.
2. If the compute node is installed in a NeXtScale n1200 Enclosure, remove it (see "Removing a compute
node from a chassis" on page 104 for instructions).
3. Carefully lay the compute node on a flat, static-protective surface with the cover side down, orienting
the compute node with the bezel pointing toward you.
To remove the front handle, complete the following steps.
