FPGA file in the
binary
USB FLASH, or it
failed to open,
read, or load the
file to the FEC
FPGA.
Remedy: Ensure
that the USB
FLASH is
installed,
formatted, and the
image is loaded.
Also, ensure that
the FEC FPGA is
installed and the
CPLD is properly
programmed.
Description Severity
