The absolute battery will wear down and must be replaced as needed. For example, when
problems with backing up data occur, replace the battery since the battery has reached
the end of the service life.
Though battery wear depends on the operating conditions, the battery should generally be
replaced when the total time that the controller power has been off reaches one year after

1) Remove the battery from the battery holder.

2) Insert the new battery slowly into the battery holder.
