– Check IMM log for Predictive Fault (PFA) or other hard drive messages to help identify failing
drive(s).
– Replace the hard disk drives that are indicated by a lit status LED.
– Recreate the array.
– Restore data from backup.
• 806f060d-0418xxxx : Array [ComputerSystemElementName] has failed.
The Drive is part of an RAID array that is in the failed condition. To identify drives in the failed array all
member drives will report this message.
