I DISASSEMBLY OF MD RECORDER UNIT／MDレコーダーユニットの分解
Remove the MD Recorder unit according to Steps 1 and 3
of the disassembly procedure.
Removal of MD Main P.C.B. and MD Mechanism (Fig. 6)
1. Remove 3 screws (K1) and then remove the Top
Cover.
2. Remove 2 screws (K2) and then remove the Bottom
Cover.
3. Disconnect 3 flat connecting cables (K3).
4. Disconnect the flexible P.C.B. for the optical pickup
(K4).
5. Disconnect a connector (K5).
6. Remove 2 screws (K6) and then remove the MD
Main P.C.B.
7. Remove the spring (K7).
8. Remove 1 screw (K8) and then remove the Side
Cover.
9. Remove 4 cushions (K9) from the bosses of the MD
Mechanism.
分解手順１と３に従ってMDレコーダユニットを取り外し
てください。
● MDメイン基板・MDメカニズムの外し方 （Fig. 6参照）
1. ねじ （K1） ×3本を外し、シールドケース （トップ） を外します。
2. ねじ （K2） ×2本を外し、シールドケース （ボトム） を外します。
3. フラットケーブル （K3） ×3個を外します。
4. 光ピックアップ用フレキ基板 （K4） ×1個を外します。
5. コネクター （K5） ×1個を外します。
6. ねじ （K6） ×2本を外し、MDメイン基板を外します。
7. スプリング （K7） ×1個を外します。
8. ねじ （K8） ×1本を外し、シールドケース （サイド） を外します。
9. クッション （K9） ×4個をMDメカニズムのボスから外します。

cover its end with aluminum
foil or the like which is
electrically conductive so as
to prevent the optical pickup
from being
damaged by static electricity.
