To edit a Distribution List and record a name:
Log onto a System Administrator's Mailbox.

Enter the number of the Distribution List you want to edit (e.g., 008).

Select the System Administrator features.
• Alternately dial SA (72).
Select Distribution List editing. This is the Distribution List Menu.
• Alternately dial L (5).
Return to the System Administrator Menu without selecting a list.
• Alternately dial #.
[Modfy] Select to edit the Distribution List member list. (This is the List
[Modfy]
Modify Menu.)
• Alternately dial M (6).
[Add]
[Del]
[Next]
[Back]
[RcNam] Select to record a name for the Distribution List. (This is the
[RcNam]
Record Name Menu).
• Alternately dial RN (76).
[Back]
[Rec]
Select to add an extension to the list.
• Alternately dial A (2).
• The extension you add is inserted at the current position
in the list.
Select to accept the entry and return to the List
[OK]
Modify Menu.
• Alternately dial #.
[Clear] Select to reenter the mailbox number.
[Clear]
• Alternately dial *.
Select to exit to the List Modify Menu.
[Back]
• Alternately dial *.
[Del] Select to remove the currently displayed extension
from the list.
• Alternately dial E (3).
Select to go to the next extension in the list without making
any changes.
• Alternately dial N (6).
[Back] Select to exit the list.
• Alternately dial #.
Select to listen to the recorded name (if any).
• Alternately dial L (5).
Select to record a new name.
• Alternately dial R (7).
Select to cancel without recording and go back to
[Cncl]
the Record Name menu.
