Enter the 2 digits on the dialpad which Light every button/LED marked
represent the class number :
with an X in the table below.
70 = C/ass 1
20 = Class 2
30 = Class 3
40 = Class 4
Copy as
required
for each Class (1 - 4).
NOTES:
1. For more information, see the instructions preceding the record sheets.
2. Initialized data leaves all LEDs OFF.
