● CENTER PANEL ASSEMBLY (PSR-S950)
9. Crystal Display (PSR-S750)
(Time required: About 7 minutes)
9-1. Remove the lower case assembly. (See procedure 2.)
9-2. Remove the center panel assembly. (See procedure 8.)
9-3. Remove the FFC_S wiring assembly. (Fig. 7)
9-4. Remove the four (4) screws marked [300A]. The LCD
assembly can then be removed. (Fig. 7)
* When installing the LCD assembly, tighten screws in
the order of z to v as shown in Fig. 7.
9-5. Remove the two (2) screws marked [L40A]. The LCD
fi xture L can then be removed. (Fig. 9)
* When installing the LCD fi xture L, tighten screws in
the order of z and x as shown in Fig. 9.
9-6. Remove the two (2) screws marked [L40B]. The LCD
fi xture R can then be removed. (Fig. 9)
* When installing the LCD fi xture R, tighten screws in
the order of z and x as shown in Fig. 9.
9-7. Remove the sponge. (Fig. 9)
* The sponge is not part of the crystal display. When
replacing the crystal display, remove the sponge
from the crystal display, and install it on the new
crystal display.
10. Crystal Display (PSR-S950)
(Time required: About 7 minutes)
10-1. Remove the lower case assembly. (See procedure 2.)
10-2. Remove the center panel assembly. (See procedure 8.)
10-3. Remove the FFC_S wiring assembly. (Fig. 8)
10-4. Remove the two (2) screws marked [300B]. The LCD
fi xture L can then be removed. (Fig. 8)
10-5. Remove the two (2) screws marked [300C]. The LCD
fi xture R can then be removed. (Fig. 8)
* When installing the LCD fi xture, tighten screws while
pushing it in the arrow direction.
* When installing the LCD fi xture, tighten screws in the
order of z to v as shown in Fig. 8.
10-6. Remove the crystal display.
10-7. Remove the FFC_S_LF wiring assembly and the
FFC_S_B wiring assembly. (Fig. 10)
