Installation

You can attach the network splitter to a flat surface with
a bracket (refer to figure 41.3). The distance (d) between
the holes in the bracket is 40 mm.

Push the sides of the unit to attach or remove the unit
from the bracket.

External connections

41.5.1 Optical network
Connect the network splitter to the optical network with
the optical network sockets (refer to figure 41.4).

Note
If the distance between two devices is less than
100 m, use a network splitter between devices
to remove the use of fiber interfaces. Use only
the trunk sockets of the network splitter in this
case.
