Click the Move button under Move to This Position on the A1 Position, 384 Default line.
This will move the plate so that the A1 well of the plate is centered under Dispensehead 1 of
the Cassette.

In the Step: box near the bottom of the dialog box, type 0.25. You may choose a different step
size (in mm) if appropriate.

In the example of
position is off by about 1 mm in the X direction and 0.5mm in Y. Remember that the plate
moves under the fixed Dispensehead, so that you are adjusting the location of the well, not the
location of the fluid, so in the example shown in

Since the step size is 0.25 mm, click the right arrow X+ button four times, then click the up
arrow Y+ button two times. Click the arrow buttons as appropriate for the A1 offset distances
and the step size for your situation.

Reset the A1 location to this new position by clicking the Set button under Set to Current
Position in the A1 Position, 384 Default line. The A1 position for 96 plates will be
automatically adjusted based upon the change selected for the 384 plate, offset from the 384
A1 position by the ANSI standard distance difference.
10.
Click the Save All to ROM button in the lower right hand corner of the stage setup window,
otherwise your changes will not be saved the next time you start the software.
11.
Close the Setup/Hardware/Stage menu by clicking on OK at the bottom of the window or on
the X in the upper right corner.
12.
Repeat steps 2-4 of the Check the A1 Alignment procedure above and steps 1-12 of this
procedure as required until the fluid dispense location is centered in corner wells.
13.
At any point, if you lose track of the appropriate A1 position or cannot get the fluid to dispense
within the appropriate well, click on the Set button under Set to Fail Safe Values in the A1
Position, 384 Default line. Then you can fine tune this rough position using steps 1-12 above.

6-1-6 Check the fuses and replace if necessary

If the Dispenser does not turn on when the rear rocker switch is depressed at the ―1‖ position as
shown in
Figure

The following tools are required for this procedure:
M2 hex wrench
Small slotted screwdriver

Use a small flat head screwdriver to flip open and down the cover of the AC power inlet module
on the back of the dispenser. See
Figure 6-1
