Problem
Juicer not operating.
Cone changing direction
during processing.
Strainer flooding with
juice.
Leaking/overflow from
underneath juice spout.
Low extraction rate.

Cause
• Not plugged in.
• Run continuously for
more than 10 minutes.
• Normal operation.
• Juice outlet blocked
with pulp.
• Large quantity of fruit
processed and pulp and
seed built up in strainer
and blocking holes.
• Normal for fruit being
processed.
• Fruit not moulded round
cone and too much
flesh left in the fruit skin.

Solution
• Check juicer plugged in.
• Unplug and allow
to cool down for 15
minutes before juicing
again.
• The cone is designed
to change direction
to maximum the juice
extraction.
• Remove build up of
pulp from juice outlet.
• Empty the strainer
regularly if processing
large quantities.
For best extraction rates
and results:
• Store and juice the fruit
at room temperature
and hand roll on a
worktop before juicing.
• Move the fruit from side
to side.
