General Description

2-1 Overview

Models DZ-GX20MA, DZ-MV780MA and DZ-MV750MA are produced by modifying the disc drive
unit and firmware of DZ-GX20A, DZ-MV780A and DZ-MV730A to enable them to record and play
back DVD-RW: Also, the DZ-MV750MA has a PC connection terminal, which was not provided with
the DZ-MV730A.

2-1-1 Servicing method

Refer to the following table and perform the designated, appropriate servicing. Any changes that
occur in the service method will be published using service bulletin, etc.
Do not perform any servicing other than that described in this manual.
Information:
The suffixes of circuit board names – "-H", "-L" and "-M" – show the models in which the circuit
boards are used: "-H" is for DZ-GX20MA; "-L" for DZ-MV750MA; and "-M" for DZ-MV780MA.
