Delete the CTC Cache File Manually

To delete the JAR files manually, from the Windows Start menu choose Search > For Files or Folders.
Step 1
Enter ctc*.jar or cms*.jar in the Search for files or folders named field on the Search Results dialog
Step 2
box and click Search Now.
Click the Modified column on the Search Results dialog box to find the JAR files that match the date
Step 3
when you downloaded the files from the TSC card.
Highlight the files and press the keyboard Delete key.

Click Yes in the confirmation dialog box.

Close all open CTC sessions and browser windows.
