Printing Special Job Types

Special job types allow you to send a print job from your computer, then print it from the printer control
panel. Select special job types in the print driver, Printing Options tab, under Job Type.

Secure Print

Use Secure Print to print sensitive or confidential information. After you send the job, it is held at the
printer until you enter your passcode at the printer control panel.
Notes:
If the control panel is dark, press the Power/Wake button.
To navigate through the menu, use the up or down arrow buttons.
To print using Secure Print:
1.
In your software application, access the print settings. For most software applications, press CTRL+P
for Windows or CMD+P for Macintosh.

Select your printer, then open the print driver.
For Windows, click Printer Properties. Depending on your application, the title of the button
varies.
For Macintosh, in the Print window, click Copies & Pages, then select Xerox Features.
For Job Type, select Secure Print.

Select other desired printing options and click OK.
To release a Secure Print job for printing:
1.
If the control panel is dark, press the Power/Wake button.
Press the Print Menu button.

Use the arrows to navigate to Personal & Secure, then press OK.

Navigate to your user name, then press OK.
At the passcode prompt, navigate to Enter, then press OK.

To enter your passcode, use the arrow buttons, then press OK.

Navigate to the desired job, or navigate to All Jobs, then press OK.

Select an option:
To print the jobs, navigate to Print, then press OK.
To delete the jobs without printing, navigate to Delete, then press OK.
9.
At the prompt, press OK.
10. To return to the Ready screen, press the Print Menu button.
