Key-On/Key-Off using the button on the Hands
free lock with the passive key
Key-On can be performed by pressing button (7) (or
rotating knob (7) clockwise in the US version) on the
Hands free lock and with the presence of passive key
(4, Fig 184).
Note
The passive key (4) has a range of a few cm,
therefore it must be positioned close to the antenna
(2).
Key-Off can be performed by pressing button (7) (or
rotating knob (7) counterclockwise in the US version)
on the Hands free lock (1, Fig 179) even without key
(4, Fig 184).
