4. Messaging

SMS

This menu allows you to send text messages using
Short Messaging Service (SMS), as well as manage the
messages you have sent and received.
New SMS
To compose and send an SMS, select
When you finish writing your message, press L
Options
access the next options:
Send
Send the message
Save as draft
Save the message in drafts folder.
Input language
Switch between languages during
text editing.
When the message is completed, press L
Send
to send your message. Input a new number or
select a contact from your phonebook. You can send
it up to 5 recipients. Press
and send your message. Select
L to confirm.

When you send a message via the SMS network, your
phone may display Sent Successfully. This means the
message has been sent to the SMS center which you
have set in your SIM card. However, this does not
imply that the message has been sent to its destination.
Inbox
This menu allows you to read the SMS messages
which you have received. The messages are displayed
in a list. You can select a message and press L
to access the following menu options:
View
Reply
Forward
Call
Store Number
Move
>
Delete
Delete all
Outbox
When you select
the sent message will be stored in Outbox.
View the selected message.
Reply to the sender.
Forward the selected message.
Call the sender.
Save the number of the sender.
Move the message to your phone or
SIM.
Delete a selected message.
Delete all messages in the Inbox.
