/LAN-RES = L (IC14 19 pin)
Initialize LCD brightness
DA1 = 0 [V]

Initialize BOOT SDRAM
/TG-RES = H (IC14 15 pin)
/AVDP-RES = H (IC14 9 pin)

If the booting procedure stops here,
