Initialize Enhancing port

/AVDP-RES = L (IC14 9 pin)
/EBUS-RES = L (IC14 12 pin)
/TG-RES = L (IC14 15 pin)
/MP3-RES (IC14 16 pin)
/LAN-RES = L (IC14 19 pin)
Initialize LCD brightness
DA1 = 0 [V]
(IC3 238 pin)
Initialize BOOT SDRAM
/TG-RES = H (IC14 15 pin)
/AVDP-RES = H (IC14 9 pin)
/EBUS-RES = H (IC14 12 pin)
/USB-RES = H (IC14 6 pin)
Initialize E-BUS driver

If the booting procedure stops here,
there is a possibility that the following
parts are defective.
• CPU (IC3)
• SDRAM (IC2, IC6)
• EBUS HOST (IC27)
