    ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION STEP 1 Attach the front stabilizer (63) to the front of the main frame (67) and secure with two carriage bolts (57), two curved washers (8), and two acorn nuts (60). Attach the rear stabilizer (58) to the rear of the main frame (67) securing with two carriage bolts (57), two curved washers (8) and two acorn nuts (60).
  • Page 7 HOW TO CONNECT TENSION CONNECTOR Slide the Cable wire from the Upper Tension Connector in between the opening on the wire holder on the Lower Tension Connector. Pull the Upper Tension Connector backward and slide the wire through the slot on the bracket. Drop the Connector down so the fitting sits firmly on top of the bracket.
  • Page 8 STEP 3 Attach the handlebar (4) onto the handlebar post (22) and secure into position using 2 allan head bolts (9) and curved washer (8). Assemble the handlebar covers (6-1 & 6-2) onto the handlebars and secure into position using 4 small screws (5).
  • Page 9 STEP 5 Assemble the upper movable handlebar right (11-R) onto the handlebar post and secure into position using 1 wavy washer (21), flat washer (20), plastic washer (19), flat washer (18) and allan head bolt with blue dot (17). Repeat the above procedure for the upper movable handlebar left (11-L). STEP 6 Assemble the left pedal (39-L) onto the left pedal arm (35-L) and secure into position using 3 bolts (38), small flat washers (36) and adjustment knobs (37).
  • Page 10 STEP 7 Assemble the left movable handlebar lower (25) onto the left movable handlebar upper and secure using 2 allan head bolts (24), curved washers (8) and nylon locknuts (23). Secure the left movable handlebar to the left pedal arm using allan head bolt (34), steel tube (33), flat washer (18) and nylon locknut (23).

  • Page 12 LEVELLING Adjustable End Caps are located on the e of the Rear Stabilizer. These can adjusted to compensate floors which are a uneven. SEAT ADJUSTMENT To adjust the seat height, loosen the pull pin and pull to release. Position the seat to the desired height.

    EXERCISE INSTRUCTIONS Using your 2 in 1 CYCLE ELLIPTICAL will provide you with several benefits, it will improve your physical fitness, tone muscle and in conjunction with a calorie controlled diet help you loose weight. 1. The Warm Up Phase This stage helps get the blood flowing around the body and the muscles working properly.

    3. The Cool Down Phase This stage lets your Cardio-vascular System and muscles wind down. This is a repeat of the warm up exercise e.g. reduce your tempo, continue for approximately 5 minutes. The stretching exercises should now be repeated, again remembering not to force your muscles into the stretch. As you get fitter you may need to train longer and harder.
