    Customer Support Trouble Shooting The device does not work or LCD does not work. 1) Check if there is enough battery power. 2) Check if the polarities of battery are correct. The device does not respond to key press 1) Check if it is in the status of "Key lock" 2) If it is in "Key lock", all the keys can not work.
