On the phone system Form Groups menu, select
Call rerouting first alternative assignment
then select

Change only those settings listed in the form below.
NOTE
Highlighted fields are user defined. The form shows only those
settings that require changing.
In this example, with the form showing "6800" as a directory number, the
following conditions are true:
Calls forward to "6800."
■
Users dial "6700" to retrieve messages.
■
Trunks are directed to "6900" for automated attendant.
