4.2.2.5 In the duplex unit area

If the duplex unit is not inserted correctly, paper jam may occur. Make sure that the duplex unit is inserted correctly.
1. Open the side cover.
2. Pull the guide exit.

1. Open the stacker cover.

3. Remove the jammed paper.
4. Close the side cover.
2. Push the stacker lever down.
