The probable reason is that the speed sensor signal has not been received during 10 seconds, check if the sensor signal light of the bottom control board is flashing, if not, please use the new part to do the replacement. Check if the sensor plug is connected well or if the magnetic sensor is broken, re-connect the sensor plug or change the magnetic sensor with the new one.
