On the scanner's Touchscreen press

Press Machine Info.

Press Usage Counter. The Touchscreen displays Reverse Roller Count and
Pick up roller Count.
NOTE
If the Touchscreen notifications warn you to replace the reverse roller or the pick-up roller, order the
necessary parts, and then replace the used parts with the new ones.

Replace the Pick-up Roller

Your machine is equipped with a scan counter that automatically counts how many times the machine has
scanned. When the machine scans 200,000 times, the Status Monitor displays a message to remind you to
replace the pick-up roller.

Remove the Extendable ADF while releasing the levers on the back side.

Open the front cover a.
(All Settings).
