ASSEMBLY Step 1 : Assemble stabilizers STEP 1 Attach both front and rear Stabilizers ( 02, 03 ) to 2 11 main frame ( 01 ), with carriage bolts ( 11 ), washers ( 12 ) and dome nut ( 13 ).
